Chrissy and the other staff were nice and professional. The location is nice for those doing road trips conveniently located by the exits. Great team and I left an item in them room Chrissy remembered me and my husband and got in contact with us promptly, and returned the item, that’s amazing because she was never going to see us again seeing after our stay, but she reached out, and gave us cookies and had rice crispy treats for the guest, we smiled leaving satisfied with their customer service. Thank you guys.
The hotel is nice and clean and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast has a good variety some of which is eggs, sausage, cereal, and pastries. Would def recommend!
Great value. Nice pool and fitness center for the price. Comfortable beds. Clean. Felt secure. Exceptionally friendly and helpful employees were icing on the cake. Our new go to overnight while traveling between NE TN and MN.
My visit was during a time of below zero temperatures outside. Inside this hotel, from the lobby to halls and the rooms was warm and comfortable. My room was spacious and the bed was a mix of softness and firmness which made for a restful sleep. The breakfast offerings were tasty and warm, though I didn’t opt for any of the cold/cereal options. More importantly, the service was impeccable and formerly and inviting. It felt more like visiting a friend’s home rather than a business. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
It's a great place. Great rooms and lovely people that work there go out of their way just for you . The breakfast was amazing!!! The price was very reasonable too. They allow animals too. Front Desk Agent was great. Very kind and helpful. Dena was always cleaning or helping others.
I had a pleasant stay here! The room was nice and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. The staff was incredibly helpful, always friendly and ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection including scrambled eggs, sausage links, gravy, and biscuits—definitely a great way to start the day. The pool area was recently renovated and looks fantastic, plus it's heated, making it perfect for a swim no matter the weather. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay again!
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Pool was in good shape but the water was a little cold. Will definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend this hotel.
First and foremost...Christy was so helpful and very upbeat and friendly! She recommended a great place for dinner. And she was right. Made our stay in Bloomington Illinois a nice experience...we may stop here on the return trip. New owners I think will do well, as it's right off the highway, clean and reasonable And my Lil Buddy gives it a 5 .
